Cueboard respects intellectual-property rights. We display metadata, album artwork, and AI-generated factoids about music that our customers' venues choose to play. If you believe content displayed by Cueboard infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL, screenshot, venue and timestamp).
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will terminate accounts of subscribers determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
